I don't want to invalidate your experience, but I've had the opposite lol- Circle was unresponsive, messed up processing my insurance, and overcharged me for a simple 15 min consult. I want my money back, this is so unprofessional, it took so much mental energy to even take this step, I feel crushed. I had already been emailing support because they also don't tell you until you've already paid that you'll need a PCP sign-off form, and they haven't replied in over 48hrs. Their support hotline is just a robot that tells you to go to a URL. She told me to call support and reschedule in-person. NOWHERE in the intake process was this in person requirement mentioned. Why wouldn't she just leave a message saying I need to call back regarding the appointment? I understand not mentioning any health info in voicemails, but do you know how many scam calls I get on a daily basis?! It's 2023, no one answers unexpected calls from unknown numbers!!! I started on ADHD med and social anxiety med, both SNRIs- I had a bad experience on SSRI and was scared to jump straight to stimulants. (It took a long time to try to explain, our appt when past the time- make sure you write down what you want to say beforehand, especially signs from childhood bc I struggled to put things into words until I remembered I had the note in my bag lol.) In-person meeting with the provider went well even though I was very nervous, the Dr was kind and patient. I will say, if you need to contact support, you have to go through the "schedule a call" contact form because my emails were never replied. Apparently this was caused by a very recent change to state law, and they couldn't adapt the app fast enough to reflect the new requirements in my state. An in-person appointment was rescheduled, and they apologized for the situation. They won't be billing me for the zoom where I didn't receive any consultation. But I’m not worrying about things my brains just going all over the place with random thoughts. She just said “Well everyone gets tired.” She told me I couldn’t focus or concentrate because I was anxious. She was also dismissive when I said my brain was always running and I was mentally tired. Yes my ADHD can cause me to feel those things but I know that’s it’s the ADHD making me anxious/sad and not the other way around.
The woman I had seemed dismissive and biased towards diagnosing me with depression/anxiety. My first appointment was a couple of days ago and it did not go well.

I looked up how to get help online and Done seemed like a good service since it wasn’t too expensive and my insurance isn’t good. I was prescribed Ritalin as a child but my parents were against medication so I’ve never taken any, only treatment I’ve used is talk therapy. So I (25F) was diagnosed with ADHD as a child and I’m just now starting to seek help for it.
